We only focus upon locating Architecture and Development professionals predominantly with experience of either Java or .Net framework technologies. This enables us to have a concentrated approach within a smaller area and also be able to effectively monitor our candidate database as well as gain referrals to other individuals who are interested in new career opportunities.

Our candidates trust us:

We do not adopt aggressive sales methods and treat all of our candidates with the respect and courtesy that they deserve. In addition we work very closely with our candidates during our extensive screening process which means that we build a good foundation of mutual respect before submitting any CV to any client. In the majority of cases we like to meet our candidates in person and as a result this means that we have more detailed discussions and gain more genuine feedback from their side. The benefit to you the client is that we are very often the first people that programming candidate's speak with,making our clients in turn the first people to hear about them.

We do not waste your time:

As part of our service commitment to all of our clients, we categorically commit to never wasting our client's time by sending CV's of candidates who are unsure as to whether they would like to attend an interview. Every candidate has to have committed to attending an interview and unless we receive this agreement then we will not submit a resume. This enables our clients to be confident in the knowledge that when they receive a Stirling Global resume, it is from a candidate who has passed a rigorous screening process and is committed to engaging in an interview process with you.
